Fast Remote Support

If your computer can be powered on and connected to the internet, we can often times fix minor issues without disrupting your schedule.

1. Use the link above to download ConnectWise Control for your operating system.
2. Your TTS support professional will give you a 4 letter code to join. Enter the code under "Join with a code".
3. This will prompt a download to install on your computer.

Once the program is installed your technician can assist you by controlling your computer remotely and walking you through any questions you may have.
