Andrew Bishop
OWNER
Our founder Andrew Bishop graduated from the College of Charleston, working in a record shop to support himself through school. By 2013, he had accumulated a decade’s worth of IT experience from assisting various small businesses across the country. He saw a need in the Jackson area for a service-oriented IT company, and Teton Technology Solutions was born with the goal of benefiting the small businesses that keep our community alive. Andrew loves the variety of people he encounters through Teton Tech, and the feeling of solving a problem. In his free time, Andrew is an avid vinyl collector and vintage audio electronics enthusiast.
Jesse Peck
MANAGING PARTNER
From the small town of Chewelah in Washington state, meet our Help Desk Supervisor, Jesse. Before Teton Tech, he worked as a landscaping foreman and snowboard instructor, but in 2015, he jumped into the tech world in search of new opportunities. Helping people is his passion, which is evident between his 10-year tenure at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and time serving the clients of Teton Tech. Fun fact: He has driven a train, and he said it was “pretty cool”.
Doug Walker
PARTNER / NETWORK ENGINEER
Doug is native of South Jersey and the Ocean City, MD area. He served 20 years in the United States Coast Guard where he was a Chief Electronics Technician. While serving Doug’s main specialty was in maintenance and repair of the C4ISR system also known as the Command Control Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance systems. Since then Doug has specialized in troubleshooting and creating home and business networks. He has achieved the Network+ and Ubiquiti Enterprise Wireless Admin certifications and is always looking for the next challenge.
Brittanye Wilson
CORPORATE CONTROLLER
Brittanye serves as our Financial Controller from Waco, Texas. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at Tarleton State University. Several years of accounting work for a concrete manufacturing company taught her that there is a difference between cement and concrete, and she wants to make sure the world knows. Brittanye brings plenty of experience to our growing company and enjoys her work in accounting because “there is a clear answer- it’s relatively simple and straightforward, but good accounting can have a huge impact on the performance of a company.” Brittanye spends her free time reading, cross-stitching, and enjoying all the Tex-Mex food that Waco has to offer.
Juan Carlos Olvera-Beristain
NETWORK TECHNICIAN
Carlos has been on our team since 2017. The Jackson local worked for a security alarm company before coming to Teton Tech. He works with networks, VoIP, CCTV, and more. When asked for a fun fact, he said that being from Jackson should be enough. Carlos is a family man with arguably the best hair in the company.
Justin Cochran
SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
Justin is one of our fully remote techs, residing in West Virginia. He began his career in tech in 2017 because of a lifelong interest, and now works in system administration/software management, servers, and troubleshooting any issues we throw his way. He has earned his CompTIA+, NET+, and MCP certifications. Justin’s favorite part of his job is having great coworkers. Despite his history with our company, his first trip to Wyoming wasn’t until summer 2021!
James Thomas
macOS/Google Workspace SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
James, originally from Texas, was drawn to the mountain west for its recreation opportunities. In college, he found his passion for tech when he realized that Excel could do anything he wanted it to with enough time and patience. He has travelled to fourteen countries so far, and his adventurous spirit also shines in his career goals. James has achieved his CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ and is an Addigy Certified Associate.
Henry Thompson
SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN
Originally from St. George, Utah, Henry joined our team in summer 2021 after graduating high school. He decided to move to IT from concrete work because he was excited about all the possibilities that come with working in tech. With his CompTIA A+ certification behind him, he is now working on completing as many certifications as he can. In his free time, Henry loves to read and considers himself to be a “huge nerd” especially on history topics like the French Revolution.
Arnold Berry
SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN
Arnold joined our team in 2022 after moving to Jackson from the west coast. He enjoys engaging in each new day’s challenges and puzzles– a given in the field of I.T. He is currently working toward his A+ certification. Arnold describes himself as a “classical romantic,” finding joy and beauty in putting a little more effort into what he does, like listening to vinyl, walking instead of driving, brewing tea, handwriting instead of typing, shooting on film, and using an analog watch.
Johnny Gibbons
NETWORK TECHNICIAN
Johnny is our newest network technician. He has earned his CompTIA A+ and is now working toward his Network+ certification. He credits his love of technology to his fifth-grade teacher, Mr. Yates, who inspired Johnny to attempt small fixes on his family’s home PC. While Johnny grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, he chose to trade in the desert sun for abundant snow and has spent his winters behind a dogsled for over ten thousand miles of trail in Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska.
Austin Templeton
SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN
Austin works remotely from West Virginia- a destination made popular by John Denver’s classic hit “Take Me Home, Country Roads”. He first found his passion for tech in college, when an elective course persuaded him to change his major. The rest is history. He currently holds the CCNA Routing and Switching certification, and is working toward renewing his A+ as well. Austin, ever the outdoorsman, loves to fish and hike in his free time.
Tracy Pliska
PEOPLE AND CULTURE COORDINATOR
Tracy joined our team in the fall of 2020. With a background in wellness, Tracy understands that people are our most important asset as a company. In her free time, she enjoys taking long walks with her dog, and sometimes, her husband too! Her family spends each summer living and working on a guest ranch that is over one hundred miles from the nearest Wal-Mart.
Katie Jensen
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR
Katie joined our team after earning her degree in Economics from Montana State University. She works to ensure that the customer experience at Teton Tech is seamless and authentic. An enthusiast of all things outdoors, Katie immediately felt at home in Teton Valley. Each day, she and her dog, Waylon, come to the office. In their free time, they enjoy cooking, playing in the snow, and barking at the FedEx guy.
Kamby Green
ACCOUNTING CLERK
If you have called Teton Tech, you have likely spoken with Kamby. She organizes all customer requests and communication as our dispatcher. Kamby is a long-time local of Teton Valley. In fact, her family was one of the first to settle Alta, Wyoming in 1889! In her free time, she enjoys drinking pina coladas and getting caught in the rain.
Lee Waldron
APPLE REPAIR TECHNICIAN
Lee is our resident Apple repair technician. He is current on all of Apple’s certifications. Originally from Portland, Oregon, Lee joined our team in 2022. He is passionate about growing his skillset in I.T., playing music, and watching classic horror films.
Jon Bedolla-Jensen
SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN
Jon first joined our team in 2023 through a Central Wyoming College I.T. Internship. He did so well that we decided to keep him! Now that he has completed his Associate in Applied Science and Computer Technology program, he works full time for us as a Level 1 I.T. technician. He’s earned his CompTIA A+ certification and is ready to take on the next. Jon keeps our office bright and fun with his lavish desk decorations- from Star Wars figurines to countless plushies, he has it all (and we love it).
